A fully customizable text field for participants to type a short response. This field allows you to ask for custom-typed responses, such as "what is your pet's name?"

A date-entry field, similar to the User Birthday field, but without a minimum age restriction and allowing for future dates to be selected. This field comes in handy for children's birthdays or upcoming events and other dates that do not involve a minimum age restriction.

A customizable field for participants to type digits only.

A fully customizable text field for participants to type a relatively large response (compared to the Input Field noted above). You may choose a character/word limit, as well as the height of the text field visible on the entry form.

A fully customizable dropdown menu for participants to select options that you have created in advance.

A customizable checkbox for various agreements or opt-ins. (For email/newsletters opt-ins, see List Opt-In in the User Fields section. To have participants agree to legal terms and conditions, see Agree to Terms in the User Fields section.)

A multiple-choice list of options for participants to select from, in which all options are continuously visible (in comparison to the Input Dropdown, noted above, where options are hidden until clicked).

A simple button field allowing participants to upload images, audio, or video files.

A file-upload field for participants to submit a variety of media, including images, audio and video files, Youtube links, as well as media pulled from Instagram and Twitter hashtags. This field offers more options than the File Upload field (above), though it may take up a bit more room in your entry form. Accepted media formats and file sizes can be found here.

An image-uploading field will allow participants to upload multiple images at the same time.

A dropdown field similar to the Input Dropdown field listed above, but offers participants the added ability to type the first few characters into the field to find their selection (rather than having to scroll through a long list of options). Ideal for dropdown fields that have an extensive list of options. As they begin to type, participants will see alphabetical options appear.

Asks users for a valid URL to be able to Input a website. This can be used in verifications.
