Entry Form - Guide

Setting up and optimizing entry forms for experiences, including steps for login, information collection, bonus entries, and completion.

Entry forms are crucial for gathering visitor data during experiences, divided into four steps: login, initial information, bonus entries, and completion confirmation.

Step 1

Visitors log in with their email or social media. Check the box next to each options to toggle that option on/off. You can change the entry frequency by using the dropdown options at the bottom of the form. To modify the form's appearance (i.e. colors, opacity, additional layout settings, ect.), click the "Design" text at the bottom of the form.

Step 2

Visitors fill out required fields such as name, legal terms agreement, and optional fields like newsletter sign-up, phone number, and birthday. Ensure that any mandatory fields necessary for participation, like detailed demographic data or specific agreements, are placed here to streamline the entry process. To add a field to the form click the "+ Add Field" button at the bottom of the form. To open the settings for a form field, hover over it and click on the tools icon. You can also hover over a field for the option to delete the field to appear.

Step 3

On step 3 users can earn bonus entries by sharing more info or performing actions like following on social media, watching ads, or taking surveys. To add a bonus entry field to the form click the "+ Add Field" button at the bottom of the form when on Step 3. To open the settings for a form field, hover over it and click on the tools icon. You can also hover over a field for the option to delete the field to appear.

Other examples of bonus entry tasks include referring friends to join the experience on platforms like X or Facebook, or completing short surveys. These actions should be optional but designed to maximize participant engagement. Choose actions for bonus entries that align with you and any client/sponsor's goals, such as increasing social media visibility or gathering market feedback.

Note: Facebook doesn't allow bonus entries for Likes.

Step 4

A thank you message confirms form completion, and you can include a logo, ad, link, or call to action.
