Connecting the GoHighLevel Integration

A step by step walkthrough about how to connect GoHighLevel to your Audience account

Connecting the GoHighLevel integration is easy, whether you're connecting your own GoHighLevel account or connecting a promotion sponsor's account.

If you use GoHighLevel for your managing your contacts, you can connect your Audience promotion or all promotions on your account to your GoHighLevel account. By doing so, promotion participants will be automatically added to your contacts when they enter a campaign.

Step 1

First, click on your account name in the upper right hand corner. Then, in the menu that opens, click on Account Manager.

Step 2

Then hover over the account name in the middle and click the Details > Advanced > Integrations > Account Integrations > Add Integration

On this screen, you can choose GoHIghLevel from the integrations list.

Note: If you do not see the GoHighLevel integration on that list, please reach out to support to have it added to your account.

Once it's added, you'll see that it says "Disconnected."

Step 3

Click on the three dot menu and then "Settings" to access the menu below to sign into your GoHighLevel account. If you are connecting a sponsor's account, you can send them the Authorization Link. This will prompt them to sign into their account through the link.

You can give the integration an Internal Title to help you stay organized. This comes in handy if you are linking more than one GoHighLevel account.

That's all there is to it! Setting up integrations is easy. By doing so, you are creating a way to safely transfer data between Audience and your CRM.
