Integrations: Data Transfer made Easy, Fast, & Secure

Manual data transfers are both a hassle and a security concern. Integrations make transferring data AUTOMATIC, INSTANT, & SECURE.

When collecting private data, not only is it important to keep it all current and organized, but there also remains a responsibility to ensure that your data stays private and secure. Integrations can help you accomplish each of these goals while also minimizing your workload.

Adding New Integrations to an Account

From the Account Manager, found by clicking the name of the account you are actively using from the Home or Experiences page, follow the steps below:

Details > Advanced > Integrations > Account Integrations > Add Integration

In Settings (three dot menu) you will be prompted to enter credentials and/or an authorization link (for sponsors and partners).

Note: Please reach out to the support team if you do not see any integrations when clicking on the "Add Integration" button and we can enable it for your account.

Using an Integration in a Experience

Once you have connected your account to your database software, you are ready to use the integration with any experiences you choose. To create an integration for your experience, start by clicking the Integrations tab in the upper right corner of the experience's setup page and follow the steps below:

Integrations  >  Add Event  >  Complete Entry

Note: If you do not see the Integrations tab, you likely do not have the necessary permissions to be able to configure them.

Once the integration is turned on for your experience, you can customize how the collected data will be transferred to your database software by clicking Settings and mapping the data accordingly.

Now that your integration is set, participants will be automatically added to your database when they select an opt-in field within your entry form. (You may choose which list(s) the participants will be added to in the opt-in field's setup section.)

Creating an Account Wide Event

If you would like to create a default integration (rather than setting up a new integration with each experience), you can create an Account Wide Event. You can do so in the Account Manager by following the steps below:

Account Manager  >  Details   > Advanced >  Integrations  >
Account Wide Events  >  Add Event

From there, you may create a default integration event which will automatically be created with each new experience you build.

If you would like to see a log of the data that has been sent to your integration to ensure functionality, you can go to the settings of the account wide event and go to the "Logs" tab.
