This field is a checkbox for visitors to agree to be added to emails and newsletters from your company and/or sponsor. It may be integrated with various CRM software for secure and real-time data transfer. For a current list of software integration options, click here.

A date-entry field that includes a minimum age requirement, restricting persons under a specified age to enter the promotion. (Federal regulations require an individual to be a minimum of 13 years or older to enter a sweepstake, however, your promotion may require individuals to be older.)

*If you would like participants to enter a birthday for children under the age of 13, we recommend using the 'Input Date' field found under the Input Fields tab.
