How to initiate a new email campaign

Updated over a week ago

Begin by initiating a new email campaign. You have several options to start this process, including selecting an editor: the drag-and-drop editor, the full email editor, or your preferred method. Alternatively, you can use other methods to commence new email campaigns:

  1. Upload HTML:

    • Navigate through the following steps:

      • Click the appropriate button or link to start the email campaign creation process.

      • Select the desired method for creating the email campaign.

    • To upload your own HTML file, follow these steps:

      • Choose the third link from the dropdown menu.

      • You'll be directed to the next screen where you can select the HTML file from your computer and upload it.

Upon successful upload, a confirmation message will appear. You'll have the option to preview and test the uploaded file before proceeding. Clicking "Next" will complete your campaign and save it as a draft.

  2. Copy/Paste HTML:

    • To copy or paste your HTML file, follow these steps:

      • Choose the fourth link from the dropdown menu.

      • An emerging window will appear with a space to paste your HTML code.

      • Once pasted, click "Paste" and the window will close, redirecting you to the Full Editor.

  3. From URL:

  • To import content from a URL, follow these steps:

    • Select the fifth link from the dropdown menu.

    • On the next screen, paste the URL to your HTML source and click "Fetch Content".

    • Once the design is successfully fetched, a confirmation message will appear. You'll have the option to preview and test the design before continuing.

    • Click "Next" to complete your campaign and save it as a draft.

Remember, you can save your draft at any point by clicking the "Save Draft" button located in the right corner. Additionally, upon logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to set one of the two editors as the default option, with no option to revert later. However, you'll always have the alternative to use any available option.
