All experiences use a experience grid thumbnail, a Facebook share image, and a mobile header image. The suggested dimensions for those images are listed here:
Experience Grid Thumbnail: (W)600px x (H)600px
Facebook Share Image: (W)560px x (H)292px or 1200px x 628px for high res.
Mobile & Email Header: (W)600px x (H)300px (ideally, no more than 400px in height)
Desktop Backgrounds
Sweepstakes, Gallery & Form Builder: (W)810px x (H)1000px
810px is the default width on the setup page. However, if your website has more or less space to work with, the overall frame can be adjusted. Be sure to create your graphic to match the size that the experience will be on your webpage.

Questionnaires
Quiz, Survey, and Poll Header: (W)900px x (H)350px
You will find that the main header image for questionnaires is quite responsive and will adjust itself depending on the size of the window you are viewing it in. You will also see a toggle button in the upper left corner to switch between a full-width image or a full-height image.
Sports & Popularity Brackets
Sports Desktop Header: (W)810px x (H)200px (see image below)
Sports Desktop Background: (W)810px x (H)1000px
Participant Graphics: (W)320px x (H)200px (Popularity Bracket only)
810px is again the default width on your setup page and, just as with Sweepstakes and Gallery above, the width of your Sports experience can be adjusted. The length will continue to adjust to accommodate the form as it proceeds from round to round.
The main difference between the Sports background and other desktop backgrounds is that the Sports background graphic is anchored to the bottom of your experience rather than the top (like other experience types). This means that the graphic will move up and down as the experience extends and shrinks to fit the varying length of the pick'em form. We recommend creating a footer graphic that has an image at the very bottom and fades to white above, as seen below.
