For those Audience accounts that are set up to send emails through Campaigner, this article will help you save time during support requests.

Audiences provides an email solution for some of our clients. If this is something you are interested in adding to your account, feel free to reach out to, or chat with one of our Support representatives.

When should you contact Email with support questions?

If you are experiencing any issues* with sending emails, or you have an email functionality question, it is appropriate to reach out directly to Audience. You can chat, email (, or call (801-901-2011).

How do I contact Audience for support?

While logged into the main Audience dashboard, you will see a chat icon. This icon won't be available in the Email dashboard. Upon clicking on that icon, a menu will open with your support options, or refer to the methods in the previous section.

What info should I provide to Audience when requesting support?

To serve you quicker, we may ask you for an account ID or user ID. This ID is independent from any ID within your main Audience dashboard and can be found while logged into the Email dashboard. Just click the user silhouette, then account settings, and you'll see the User ID listed at the top of the form.
