For those Audience accounts that are set up to send emails through Campaigner, this article will help you save time during support requests.

Audience has partnered with Campaigner to provide a newsletter/eblast solution for some of our clients. If this applies to your account, there may be the need to ask for support directly from Campaigner.

When should you contact Campaigner with support questions?

If you are experiencing any issues with sending emails, or you have an email functionality question, it is appropriate to reach out directly to Campaigner. Their customer support is available 24/7 and are quick to respond with answers.

How do I contact Campaigner for support?

While logged into the Campaigner dashboard, you will see a headset icon. Upon clicking on that icon, a menu will open with your support options.

What info should I provide to Campaigner when requesting support?

To serve you quicker, Campaigner will ask you for an account ID or user ID. This ID is independent from any ID within your Audience dashboard and can be found while logged into Campaigner's dashboard. Just click the user silhouette, then account settings, and you'll see the User ID listed at the top of the form.
