National Campaign Contests: Winner Audio, Entry Counts & Common Questions

How to access, download, and troubleshoot winner audio for national campaign contests, plus how entry counting works for keyword-based national contests.

National campaign contests (such as Summer Cash and Q3 Cash) are contests hosted across multiple participating stations through a shared national campaign page. This article covers how to find and download winner audio, understand entry counts, and troubleshoot common issues.

Accessing Your National Campaign Page

Each national campaign has a dedicated page where winner information and audio submissions are posted. Your campaign page URL follows this format:

For example, the Summer Cash 2026 campaign is at https://www.audience.io/nationalcampaigns/summer-cash-2026. If you are not sure of your campaign's URL, contact support and we can provide it.

Downloading Winner Audio

Winner audio submissions are accessible directly from your national campaign page. To download a winner's audio:

  1. Navigate to your national campaign page.

  2. Locate the winner entry you want to download.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the winner's entry.

  4. Select Download from the menu.

If the download option is not yet available for a winner, the audio submission may still be processing. Winner audio is posted to the campaign page once it has been reviewed and confirmed. All winners for a given period are typically posted together — if you are expecting audio that is not yet visible, check back shortly or contact support.

Accessing Past Winner Audio

Past winners and their audio files remain visible on the national campaign page after the contest period ends. All confirmed winners are posted to the page and accessible via the same three-dot download menu. If you cannot find a specific past winner's audio:

  • Confirm the winner was for this specific national campaign — audio from other contests or experiences is not shown on the national campaign page.

  • Check whether the audio was posted — if a winner was recently selected, their audio may still be in review.

  • If the audio was expected but is no longer visible, contact support with the winner's name and the campaign name so we can investigate.

Understanding Entry Counts for National Keyword Contests

If your national campaign uses a keyword contest format (such as Q3 Cash Countdown), you may notice that the total entry count is lower than expected. This is by design.

In a keyword contest, the system registers one entry per entrant. Participants enter once and then return periodically to submit new keywords for each entry period — but each participant is still counted as a single entrant in the system, regardless of how many keywords they have submitted.

This means:

  • The entry count reflects the number of unique participants, not the total number of keyword submissions.

  • A participant who has submitted 10 keywords across the contest period will appear as 1 entry in the userbase.

  • If you need to see how many keywords a specific participant has submitted, look up their individual record in the Submissions tab of the experience.

Troubleshooting

Winner audio is not yet posted

Winner audio is reviewed before being published to the campaign page. If you are expecting audio that has not appeared yet, it may still be in review. All winners for a given period are typically published at the same time. Contact support if audio remains unavailable longer than expected.

The campaign page is not loading

If the national campaign page is not loading or returns a blank screen:

  • Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

  • Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions, as these can interfere with page rendering.

  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private tab.

  • If the issue persists across browsers, contact support with the campaign URL and a description of what you see.
