I'm Not Getting My Password Reset Email

If you're trying to log into your account, but seem to have forgotten your password, use the forgot password link. Our system will send you a link to reset your password. If you're not seeing the email from us in your email inbox, check your spam folder. There's also a chance that the email we have tied to your account, may be different from the one you normally use.

Your IT team may need to whitelist our sending address to prevent emails from being blocked. Additionally, ensure your email provider is not blocking emails from our platform.
