Most of the time, the reason why a ulink isn't working, is because it has not been linked to a URL or to the location of the experience. You can easily do this with any experience that has been embedded on your website.
1. Go into the "Setup" of your experience, click on the "Publishing Options" button, and "Embed on a Web Page".
2. Take the URL of the experience on your website, and put it in the "Embed Page Url:"
Now your ul.ink should direct them to the URL you put in, which will take them to the experience. This is an important field to remember because the ul.ink is what will be shared when any of the entrants share your experience on social media. A broken ul.ink can result in the loss of a lot of traffic to your experience.
