Managing experiences across multiple accounts allows for localized engagement while ensuring data aggregation and flexibility at the parent level. Below, we explain how what options are available using our experience management features.
Setting Up Experiences for Parent and Child Account Levels
Create and Distribute Experiences: Create the experience once on the parent (or market) account. Distribute the experience to each participating account. Each account receives its own version of the distributed experience, ensuring that submissions remain account-specific.
Viewing and Managing Entries
Collection and Labeling of Entries: Each account collects its own entries through its distributed (aka syndicated) version of the experience.
Parent-Level Aggregation: The parent account can view entries from all accounts together. This allows administrators to analyze overall participation while still identifying the source account for each entry. Entries are automatically labeled with the account where they were submitted.
Selecting Winners
Account-Specific Winners: Administrators can select one local winner from an account using the entries collected from their distributed version of the experience.
Overall Winner: From the parent account, a winner can be chosen from a combined list of entries from all accounts.
