How To Add A Tracking Pixel To Your Experience

To add a tracking pixel to your experience, start by going to the setup of your experience and open the "Publishing Options" menu. Next go to the "Tracking Pixels" section and click the "+ Add Tracker" button.


Once the tracker is added, choose what will trigger the tracking pixel. By default, "Trigger Upon Page Load" will be selected.


Then choose what tracking pixel provider you are using. You are able to autonomously set up pixels using Facebook Pixel, Google Tag, or Krux. If you are using a tracking pixel provider that is not listed, please reach out to the support team and they can assist with adding a custom tracking pixel if the code for the tracking pixel is provided.

If utilizing one of the autonomous options, add the ID of the tracking pixel. The label for that is "Campaign ID", however this NOT the ID of the Audience experience you have created, but rather the ID given to you by the tracking pixel provider.
