Why use Insights?

With Insights, you can go beyond basic entry counts and dig into who is engaging, how they’re participating, and what actions they’re taking inside your campaigns.

Here’s what makes Insights valuable:

  • Understand performance at a glance – Track participation, conversion rates, and drop-off points.

  • See question-level engagement – Learn which formats or messages resonate best.

  • Visualize your audience – View responses by demographics, time, device, and more.

  • Compare variations – Paired with A/B Testing, Insights shows which version performs better.

Where to find it

You’ll find the Insights tab inside any active Experience. Just go to your campaign and click into Insights in the top navigation bar.

What you’ll see

The Insights view is organized to help you evaluate your campaign step-by-step:

Overview

Get a high-level look at overall responses, completion rate, and page-by-page progression. It's the best place to spot trends and see where users are falling off.

Responses

See how participants answered each individual question. Use this section to identify patterns or test the effectiveness of messaging, incentives, and design choices.

Analytics

Get a breakdown of entries by unique, repeated, and incomplete Entries giving you an understanding of who is engaging with your campaign. You'll also have visibility into impressions and visits to your campaign, as well!

A/B Test Comparison (if enabled)

If you're running A/B tests, you’ll see side-by-side results for each variation, so you can quickly determine which format, image, or question performs best.
Best practices

  • Run a campaign for a few days before diving into the data—this helps ensure the sample size is meaningful.

  • Pair Insights with A/B Testing to test hypotheses and optimize based on results.

  • Export response data anytime for deeper analysis or to share with your team.
