How to show Gallery submissions past the end date of an experience

Updated this week

If you want to show Gallery submissions past the end date of an experience you will have to do these 3 things:

1. Set the overall schedule to last the duration of how long you want the images to appear on your experience. This setup ensures that the gallery remains visible even after other contest features like voting or submissions have expired, providing ongoing engagement.

2. Change the voting schedule to end sometime before the end of the overall schedule. Voters will only be able to vote within these dates. This allows you to separate the voting activity from gallery visibility, ensuring the gallery can remain accessible for viewing after voting ends.

3. Set a start and end time for the Submission button. Users will only be able to submit a photo within these dates. (you can find this option under the Layout Editor located right below the Desktop Layout Preview)

Once the voting and submission button schedule expire, the photos will be shown on the live gallery but users will not be able to vote or submit a photo. Keeping the gallery visible post-voting allows participants and viewers to continue to engage even after the experience has formally ended.
