First you will have to go the the "Choose Winner" tab in the top middle of the campaign set up page. You will then see all of these different options you have when it comes to picking a winner.
Eligible Entries: You can enter a start and end date if you want to pick a winner from a specific time period.
From: Gives you 3 different options of winners to choose from.
Selecting entries from "each entry weighted equally" will pick a random winner, regardless of votes.
Selecting entries from "weighted by amount of votes" will pick a winner randomly but will treat the votes as bonus entries so those with more votes have a great chance of winning.
Selecting "Choose from voters" will pick a random winner from the voters.
Exclude: Allows you to exclude previous winners.
After clicking Choose Winner, a screen will pop up with your winner and their details. You can choose a winner at any point in your campaign, even if it's still running.
If you need to view the previous winners of your campaign, you can find them on the right of the Choose Winner menu on the "Choose Winner" tab. You can view their details by clicking on the gear icon next to their name.
Choosing A Winner For A Countdown Campaign
For a Countdown campaign you will start by going to the "Prizes" tab within the setup of the campaign.
Next, go to the date you need to pick a winner for. You now have two options.
You can pick a winner for an individual keyword by clicking the "Choose Keyword Winner" button on the right of the individual keyword (red box)
Or, you can choose a winner for the entire day's worth of keywords by clicking the "Choose Winner From All Keywords" button (green box)
After clicking one of those options, a screen will pop up with the winner and their details. If you need to find their details again, you can click on their name that will appear under the choose winner button.
